Resumo:
Summary: Monolithlic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) is a single semiconductor substrate wherein all active and passive circuit components and their interconnections are formed in situ by a sequence of deposit steps. Focusing on gallium arsenide MMIC, this program defines MMICs, discusses circuit components available to the MMIC designer, gives an overview of GaAs MMIC processing, and presents the circuits and applications.
