The main aim of the journal is to promote publication of conceptual and research papers in any business disciplines that focuses on contemporary issues, challenges and development that will advance conceptual developments and offer practical suggestions.  We invite theoretical, empirical, practical papers (both qualitative and quantitative) and book reviews from scholars across the broad domain of business disciplines.
